Asterix the Gaul

Asterix the Gaul - René Goscinny, Albert Uderzo Пълно ревю/ Full review - Bla bla bla books

One of the first comic books I read, and still a total favourite!

The art: the drawings of Uderzo are adorable. So very cute and so very French

The humor: there is something cute and funny on every page of the comics. There are some constant gigs and you always know that in the end the bard will be left tied up with something in the mouth, and the blacksmith and the fishmonger will be hitting eachother - but it's still always lots of fun!

But one of the greatest things is the names. Have you paid attention to them? Well I don't know about how they translted them in English (and so I'm using the Bulgarian and the original French names here) but I personally got some of them only now, after reading them. Because, when listening, many of them are more like omgwtfIX
